Rock Cats win; Romero extends streak

Concrete shoes, cyanide, TNT... Done Dirt Cheap! Doug Deeds

Alex Romero extended his hitting streak to 19 games with a 2-for-4 day at the plate and the Rock Cats scored in each of the first 5 innings as they held on to beat the Senators today in Harrisburg, 9-7. Doug Deeds added his 15th home run of the season, and third baseman Matt Moses, the Twins' #1 pick in 2003 who is batting only .235 after his first month in Double-A, broke out with a 3-for-5 day that included two homers and 6 RBI.

I don't get many links from sports blogs. I should make you a tribute post. If you see anything ridiculous in the sporting world (besides the uniforms that baseball players wear - I've used that one to death), send it my way.
