Who Are You and Why Am I Here?

Void (photo: Jim Saah/Dischord Records)

Dischord Records has recently posted a shitload of MP3's on their web site (thanks to Vinyl Mine for the tip). Now everyone can go to the downloads page, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click on the button that looks like this:

...to hear one of the most awesome blasts in the history of recorded music.

Don't forget to check out the YouTube video, as well.

Nice! Thanks for posting this. In case you missed it, there's an interesting D.C. exhibit now with MacKaye and Rollins:

Hey, cool...

Here's a link to some of the photos (the link will probably only be good for the rest of the month, though):

I need that 2 minutes and 22 seconds of my life back... Seriously though, while I wasn't terribly impressed with the Void cut, the whole experience was worth it as they had some Fugazi and Minor Threat songs that I'd never actually would have gotten around to ripping from my own CDs, so that was nice.

Oh, man-- that Void record (minus the Faith side) is like my favorite Dischord record ever...

Speaking of Minor Threat stuff:
